Dear Valued Customers,

Please be informed of the latest container loading cut off time, arrastre payment and export declaration submission cut off for reefer cargoes under PHF and PHF2 service.

I. PHF Service (Manila South Harbour - Manila North Harbour - Kaohsiung - Manila South Harbour)

We encourage you to settle arrastre and submit export declaration documents on or before the given cut off time to include your cargo in "to come" list submitted to terminal. Also, delivery of laden reefer container must be at the exact given cut off time to avoid any electrical charges. Terminal directly bills reefer electrical charges for export shipments to us as carrier. These electrical charges are passed on to shippers for cost recovery.

For any reefer container which is delivered earlier than the given cut off time, the current applicable reefer electrical charges as per Philippine Ports Authority (MC No. 14-2015 effective December 28, 2015) will be applied as per the agreed formula. Please find the current electrical charges for easy reference.
Reefer electrical charges (plug in/out):
20 footer - USD1.718 per box/hour or fraction
40 footer - USD4.008 per box/hour or fraction
Note: PPA tariff may change without prior notice

Also, for reefer containers delivered after the given cut off time, possible shut out may occur and any additional costs not limited to electrical and shut out charges will be for the account of shippers.
