Re:  OOCL New Telephone Contact Numbers – effective October 6, 2019

Dear Valued Customers,

In compliance with the initiative of National Telecommunications Commission instructing telco operators to expand telephone number range, starting October 6, 2019 (Sunday), all our Manila office existing 7 digits telephone numbers will be migrated to an 8-digit telephone number. The assigned numeric identifier number “8" will be added before all our existing Manila office telephone numbers.

For example, customer service booking existing contact number is 632-5548037. Starting October 6, it will be migrated to 632-85548037. All existing 7 digits telephone numbers will be no longer reachable starting October 6.
