Booking Acceptance due to COVID-19 as of March 18, 2020
With reference to the implementation guidelines on the Enhanced Community Quarantine and the Stringent Social Distancing Measures over the entire Luzon by the Philippine government dated March 16, 2020, OOCL will take safety measures to protect its employees, customers and stakeholders. We will continue to deliver committed service to our customers remotely. While our employees are now working at home starting March 17 until further notice. Working hours will remain Monday to Friday from 8:30AM to 5:30PM.
Booking acceptance for export shipments is still business as usual. The only difference is that entry point colleagues will be working at home. Below are the entry points for booking that you may contact for assistance.
