Container Deposit Refund Process during Enhanced Community Quarantine
Please be informed that OOCL Philippines, Inc. provided a skeletal workforce to serve our valued customers on the processing of container deposit refund.
Our container refund counter is open daily from 8:30 AM to 3:00 PM (Monday to Friday) to facilitate the acceptance of container deposit refund documents.
Kindly ensure to submit (1) Original Official Receipt; (2) Authorization Letter and (3) photocopy of those documents which will serve as your receiving copies when claiming the cheque at the designated releasing center during the Enhanced Community Quarantine period. Cheque will not be released by Banco De Oro without the stamp “RECEIVED" by OOCL.
Furthermore, the temporary releasing center for Managers Cheque processed from March 17 onwards will be directed to Banco de Oro – Neptune Branch Releasing Center until further notice. Please find below the address and schedule of temporary releasing center for OOCL.

Releasing Schedule: 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM (Monday to Friday)
Unfortunately, Managers Cheque that was not release before the Enhanced Community Quarantine period are being safekeep at Banco De Oro - Five Ecom Center. However, we were advised that Banco De Oro - Five Ecom Center will remain closed during the ECQ period.
