OOCL Operations Update due to COVID-19 as of April 30, 2020


With reference to the implementation guidelines on the Enhanced Community Quarantine and the Stringent Social Distancing Measures over the entire Luzon by the Philippine government dated March 16, 2020, OOCL will take safety measures to protect its employees, customers and stakeholders. We will continue to deliver committed service to our customers remotely. While our employees are now working at home starting March 17 until further notice. Working hours will remain Monday to Friday from 8:30AM to 5:30PM.

For operations concerns, kindly refer to the following.

  1. Outbound receiving and inbound releasing will be done 100% online. For submission of export declaration documents, scanned copy of original documents can be sent to email address [email protected]. Once COVID-19 quarantine period is over, please submit original documents the soonest time possible in the office.
  2. For terminal operations update (both Manila North Harbour and Manila South Harbour), we will continue to forward latest advisories as soon as we received updates from these terminals.
  3. For container depot, operations still ongoing on skeletal force. The schedule details shown in below table.
