Winter Surcharge (WSC)
Dear Customer,
Please be advised that OOCL is to implement Winter Surcharge for all West bound cargoes to Russia. It takes effect from December 1, 2012 to April 30, 2013. The quantum is as follows :
USD 100 Per 20'
USD 200 Per 40'
USD 200 Per 40'HQ
Note:
1. Based on shipment on board date.
2. This surcharge is to be payable together with the ocean freight.
