Please be advised that typhoon - Tembin is approaching Taiwan with its location center at 22.4N 124.5E moving in direction at NW or changing to WNW. The typhoon is forecasted to influence Taiwan east side land by mid noon 23th Aug, 2012.
All Taiwan ports are in normal operation currently.
