Vessel on Scan Baltic Express 2 service stuck in rocks off Finland

Dear Valued Customers,

We would like to inform you that a vessel, The Phoenix J  (V.010W), serving our Scan Baltic Express 2 (SBX2) service reported on April 18 that she has “touched bottom” and is stuck in rocks off Rauma, Finland.  The vessel owner, H & M surveyor, is arranging for a thorough inspection of the vessel to better access the situation. 

In light of the current circumstances and the extent of any damages arising from the incident, the vessel will be delayed until the results of the inspection comes forth and we will keep you informed on the latest developments regarding the affected shipments as soon as they become available.
