Typhoon - Tembin (3)

Dear Customers,

Please be advised that typhoon - Tembin current location center at 22.7N 123.1E about 200 km away from Taiwan east coast land moving in a direction west with a speed at 9 km/hour & wind force at level 7 of beaufort scale. Forecasted strong wind to touch Taiwan land by Noon AUG24, 2012.

The latest Operation and Vessel Movement at Taiwan ports are as follows:

• Keelung/Taipei ports are still in normal operation.
THX - UNI PROMOTE 183A ATD 08:06AM AUG 23, 2012.
NTX - TENG YUN HE 079N ETA 08:00AM AUG 25, 2012.

• Taichung port no closure is announced.

• Kaohsiung port will be going to ask those vessels GRT(Gross Tonnage) over 30,000mt to leave no later than 08:00PM AUG23 due to Tembin’s approaching.
PNX-DALIAN EXPRESS 073E previous ETA 21:00PM AUG 23, 2012.
THX-KING BURCE 067S previous ETA 20:00PM AUG 24, 2012.
NTX-TENG YUN HE 079N 2 berthing in Kaohsiung, the 2nd ETB is 16:00PM AUG 25, 2012
ZFK-RONG FENG 568W previous ETA AUG 24, 2012.
ZFK-FAR EAST GRACE 482W previous ETA AUG 24, 2012.
Above mentioned vessels will berth Kaohsiung after port re-open on Sat, Aug 25, as heavy berth congestion is anticipated.
