Booking Cancellation Fee for Taiwan to Haiphong Feeder service

Dear Valued Customers,

This is to advise that with effect from 9TH January, 2012, the BCF (Booking Cancellation Fee) for Dry and Reefer bookings will be applied for Kaohsiung to Haiphong Feeder Service.
 
Please note this BCF (Booking Cancellation Fee) NT$1000 per booking will be applied for export customers who make bookings on our Kaohsiung to Haiphong Feefer Service but fail to inform us about booking cancellation 2 days prior to intended vessel cut-off day.
