- 貨櫃超過上述所列之重量限制時，將拒絕安排拖運。
- 拖車運送 貨櫃時，一旦超過拖車承載總重量，將依據台灣道路交通管理處罰條例處以新台幣 18,000 元以上之罰鍰，並強制執行拆櫃。
- 如因超重(超過拖車承載總重量)而導致之道路交通罰款，或因超重於運送過程中發生意外及損害，所有相關責任將由貨主全權承擔。
- Maximum gross weight (cargo + container tare + tractor + chassis + genset if any): must not exceed 42,000 kgs.

If the VGM exceeds the weight limit listed above, transportation will be refused.
Any violation of the above regulation will result in heavy traffic fines (minimum US$600 per container) and the overweight portion must be devanned from the container on the spot.
The cargo owner is responsible for any accidents or damages that occur during transportation due to overweight conditions.

3. Transshipment Restrictions
Following cargoes are strictly prohibited from transshipment at ports in Taiwan:
- Class 1 (Divisions 1.1, 1.2, 1.3, 1.5, 1.6): Explosives
- Class 5.2: Organic peroxides (All UN numbers)
- Class 6.2: Infectious substances
- Class 7: Radioactive materials
4. Customs Requirements and information
- Full name and address of Inbound Consignee/Notify Party/Also Notify Party in the country are required. A P.O. Box address is not acceptable.
- Actual piece count must be declared. The units of Package, Skid, Pallet or Bundle are not acceptable.
- If there's any discrepancy between the customer's declaration and the carrier's Import Manifest, amendments must be submitted within 24 hours after the Import Manifest has been filed with the Customs by the carrier.
