Please be advised that, effective July 1, 2026, OOCL (Thailand) Ltd. will implement the Split D/O Request Form. This will streamline processes, improve efficiency, ensure accuracy, and minimize discrepancies.

1. Split D/O Request Form
   The company reserves the right to require customers to exclusively use the official Split D/O Request Form. The form is available for download via the OOCL - e-Forms website or may be requested by email from the Inbound Department - [email protected] and [email protected].

2. Changes to D/O Numbering Format

The split D/O numbering format will be revised to assign alphabetical suffixes (A to Z) to the Bill of Lading (B/L) number.

For example, for B/L number OOLU123456789, the split D/O numbers will be OOLU123456789A, OOLU123456789B, … up to OOLU123456789Z. Once the sequence reaches Z, it will continue with double alphabetical characters, such as OOLU123456789AA, OOLU123456789AB, … until OOLU123456789AZ.

The sequence will then proceed in order as A → Z → AA → AZ → BA → … → ZZ. This standardized format ensures consistency and enhances document management efficiency.

ขอเรียนให้ทราบว่า ตั้งแต่วันที่ 1 กรกฎาคม 2569 เป็นต้นไป บริษัท OOCL (Thailand) Ltd. จะเริ่มใช้แบบฟอร์มคำขอ Split D/O (Split D/O Request Form) เพื่อช่วยปรับปรุงกระบวนการทำงานให้มีความคล่องตัว เพิ่มประสิทธิภาพ สร้างความถูกต้อง และลดความคลาดเคลื่อน

1.            Split D/O Request Form

บริษัทขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการกำหนดให้ลูกค้าต้องใช้แบบฟอร์มคำขอ Split D/O อย่างเป็นทางการเท่านั้น โดยสามารถดาวน์โหลดแบบฟอร์มได้จากเว็บไซต์ OOCL - e-Forms หรือสามารถขอรับแบบฟอร์มผ่านทางอีเมลจากแผนกตู้สินค้าขาเข้า (Inbound Department) ที่ [email protected] และ [email protected]

2.            Changes to D/O Numbering Format

รูปแบบหมายเลข Split D/O จะมีการปรับเปลี่ยน โดยกำหนดให้มีตัวอักษรภาษาอังกฤษ (A ถึง Z) ต่อท้ายหมายเลข Bill of Lading (B/L)

ตัวอย่างเช่น สำหรับ B/L หมายเลข OOLU123456789 หมายเลข Split D/O จะเป็น OOLU123456789A, OOLU123456789B, … จนถึง OOLU123456789Z เมื่อครบ Z แล้ว จะดำเนินการต่อด้วยตัวอักษรสองตัว เช่น OOLU123456789AA, OOLU123456789AB, … จนถึง OOLU123456789AZ

ลำดับจะดำเนินต่อไปตามรูปแบบ A → Z → AA → AZ → BA → … → ZZ โดยรูปแบบมาตรฐานนี้ช่วยให้เกิดความสม่ำเสมอ และเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการบริหารจัดการเอกสาร
