Invoice Copies

We are delighted to announce that Copy Invoices in PDF format are now available via our automated Customer Service Hotline. After identifying themselves with a PIN, customers can key-in either a B/L or Invoice number, and the Copy Invoice(s) will be automatically emailed to them in a matter of minutes.

To use this product, customers need to have registered with "My OOCL Center". All existing users will have received PINs several months ago when the Customer Service Hotline was launched, but these can be re-issued upon request. New users are issued with PINs shortly after registering.

Copy Invoices through this channel are only provided if the PIN holder's profile in "My OOCL Center" has been configured to allow invoices to be viewed and printed, and internet Copy upload has been activated by OOCL.

Getting Started

  • Check that your company and that you personally are registered with "My OOCL Center" or CargoSmart. Our Accounts team will be happy to do this for you
  • If necessary, you can register for an account here
  • Verify that your access level enables you to view and print invoices
  • Ask OOCL Accounts to activate Internet Copy Upload
  • Obtain your PIN (reminders can be sent by your company Administrator, or our Accounts team upon request)
  • Dial 01473 654321
  • Upon answer, enter Hotkey sequence 1-6-4 or 2-3-3 (both the import and export menus will work for all invoices, regardless of the nature of the shipment) 
  • When prompted, key-in your PIN and the relevant B/L or Invoice number. Using the former will result in all invoices associated to the B/L being dispatched
  • You will then receive confirmation that the Copy Invoice PDF has been sent to the email address in your user profile
