Customers are advised of changes to the following tariffs effective 1st February 2010: Europe to/from US via US ports (FMC-scope) and Europe to Mexico Europe to/from US and Canada via Montreal (Transatlantic Gateway Service) Westbound CAF will increase to USD 86 per 20' and USD 111 per 40'/45' Eastbound CAF will increase to USD 75 per 20' and USD 124 per 40'/45' (No Eastbound CAF from Mexico)

Dear Sir, Madam The adverse weather conditions affecting the country may have negatively impacted the management of your or your customers' supply chain. Since last Thursday night we have been faced with intermittent Terminal and Inland Depot closures, together with extremely difficult road conditions. As a consequence our on-time performance has slightly deteriorated from 92% to 88%. We do apologise for the inconvenience.

Please be advised that with effect January 1, 2010, the "Gulf of Aden Surcharge" or 'GAS' will be revised to USD43/TEU for traffic between the whole of Asia and Europe (both bounds). This is to continue to cover the ongoing costs of operating within the Gulf of Aden sea lanes and providing safe passage of all cargo, crew, and vessels under the constant threat of piracy still present within the region.
