Please be advised that with the advent of the new joint service between ourselves, Hapag Lloyd and the Mediterranean Shipping Company, there will be a change to the information requirements for dangerous goods cargo to ensure prompt acceptance between the individual vessel operators.
In order for each vessel operator to verify and accept dangerous goods from a partner’s customer, the following information should be given to our customer service team immediately after loading of the container:
- Full shipper name and address
- Consignee name and address
- Stuffing contractor and contact name
- Container number
- Weight of the cargo
- Tare weight of the container
