The adverse weather conditions affecting the country may have negatively impacted the management of your or your customers' supply chain.
Since last Thursday night we have been faced with intermittent Terminal and Inland Depot closures, together with extremely difficult road conditions. As a consequence our on-time performance has slightly deteriorated from 92% to 88%. We do apologise for the inconvenience.
These conditions have hit us at one of our busiest times of the year, when demand for transport is soaring as many customers are preparing to wind down for the festive season. This week will be challenging too, and we shall work very hard to keep meeting your expectations. This may require some flexibility as our resources are being stretched.
