Chat Online for My OOCL Center Support

UK-based customers can now Chat with our Levington Customer Service team whenever they need help using My OOCL Center. This new channel provides additional choice on how to communicate with OOCL, and facilitates quick and easy access to a Customer Service Representative on any My OOCL Center issue.

To initiate Chat, simply log-in to My OOCL Center, and a large icon appears in the top right-hand side of the screen. Click on this icon and a Customer Service Representative will be waiting to help.
