New China24 Advance Manifesting Surcharge 

Customers are advised that with effect 1st March 2010 we will apply an Advance Manifesting Surcharge for all shipments to or via China. This is to cover additional OOCL administration costs following the introduction of the 24 hour rule by the Chinese customs authorities.

We will also at the same time apply an Amendment Fee for all Shipping Instruction (SI) change requests received after the SI cutoff.

United Kingdom GBP 20 per B/L GBP 30 per Amendment Request
Republic of Ireland EUR 20 per B/L EUR 30 per Amendment Request

Customers are reminded that our standard China24 cutoff is 3 working days prior to vessel ARRIVAL at the port of load.
