Westbound Asia Europe Peak Season Surcharge  

With the recent surge in cargo activity throughout the market, OOCL will implement a Peak Season Surcharge (PSS) of USD 200 per TEU on all westbound shipments from the Far East (excluding Japan) to North Europe, Mediterranean and the Black Sea, to take effect on 1 February 2010 until further notice.
