Customer Advisory: The new IMDG Code Amendment 36-12 has been published
The new IMDG Code Amendment 36-12 has been published. It may be used from 1 January 2013 (subject to national administration adoption) and will be mandatory effective 1 January 2014.
IMDG Code 36-12 will come into effect on 1 Jan 2013 but will run in conjunction with the existing Amendment 35-10 of the IMDG code for the year 2013. Shippers may choose to use Amendment 35-10 or apply the revised edition of Amendment 36-12 for the year 2013.
