This is to inform you of the terminal operations, container depot schedule, shipping instruction cut off, booking acceptance, and operations counter service schedule for the coming Holy Week holidays.
Please refer to the details below for your guidance.
I. MICT port operations schedule
March 24 – Maundy Thursday
• Vessel, Yard and Gates Operations – 24 hours open
• Billing Hours – from 0800H to 1700H only
• Free delivery (DEA and X-RAY) - from 0800H to 1700H only
March 25 – Good Friday
• Port closure - gates will be closed 3 hours before closure at 0700H on that day
March 26 – Black Saturday
• Vessel, Yard and Gates Operations – 24 hours open
• Billing Hours – from 0800H to 1900H only
• Free delivery (DEA and X-RAY) - from 0800H to 1700H only
March 27 – Easter Sunday
• Vessel, Yard and Gates Operations – 24 hours open
• Billing Hours – from 0800H to 1200H only
• Free delivery (DEA and X-RAY) - from 0800H to 1700H only

III. There will be no changes on the final shipping instruction cut off. For complete details, kindly refer to customer service guide through the following link:

Please note that final and complete shipping instruction is needed in order for your cargo not to be unmanifested and retained on board. To avoid penalties such as, but not limited to late shipping instruction fee of USD100, we encourage you to submit final shipping instruction no later than the standard cut off.
IV. Booking acceptance will be up to March 23 (Wed./1730H) only. All booking requests received beyond this hour will be confirmed when office resumes on March 28 (Monday).
V. OOCL terminal operations will be closed from March 25 (Fri./0700H) to March 26 (Sat./0700H). Outbound receiving, export declaration submission and processing of pre-advise will resume on March 26 (Sat./0700H).
VI. Operations inbound releasing counter for both MICT and ATI discharge will remain open from 0830H to 1730H on March 24 (Maundy Thursday) and will be closed on March 25 (Good Friday). Regular operations will resume on March 28 (Monday).
