OOCL announces service enhancements to form the South China Sea Middle East Express Service and Japan Express Service OOCL is pleased to offer the South China Sea Middle East Express Service (SCX) and Japan Express Service (JPX), which are Grand Alliance service enhancements to succeed the current South China Sea Japan Express service.
