Vessel Movement Suspended by Chittagong Port Authority
A Coastal Lighterage Vessel has been sunk in the entrance of Chittagong Port Channel at about 21:15 hrs on 21.04.2009 while carrying Cement Clinker from Outer anchorage. CPA (Chittagong Port Authority) has suspended all the movements (inward/outward) of vessels untill further instruction. CPA is trying to indentify the present location of that sank vsl.
