Backlog of ICD/Dhaka Inbound Containers Movements
Due to acute shortage of Railway Wagon and increasing congestion for movements of ICD/Dhaka bound laden import containers, the containers after discharging from Feeder vessels at Port of Chittagong are waiting as per serial to get its turn to move to ICD/Dhaka.

Bangladesh Office Hours during Holy Ramadan (2012)
Please be informed that our office hours both in DHA & CIN during the period of Holy-Ramadan will be from 09:00am to 03:30pm from Sunday to Thursday, with a prayer break of 15 minutes from 1:15pm to 1:30pm. This schedule will be effective from 1st day of Ramadan.

Chittagong-Dhaka ICD: Chittagong Railway movements suspended for next 15 days
Pls be advised that, Chittagong-Dhaka ICD - Chittagong Containers by Rail movements suspended for minimum 15 days from today. Due to Severe weather with Gusty rain with heavy water clogging on 24th - 26th June, one of the small railway bridge near Chittagong gave away & Railway Authority suspended all rail movements till the bridge is repaired. Railway Minister landed on the spot & ordered to complete repairing/new bridge by next 15 days. This will seriously hamper CIN-DHA ICD-CIN laden & empty Containe
