1. I’m still using MOC User ID to sign in to My OOCL Center (MOC). What should I do?
Please activate your OOCL Account today! A step-by-step guide is available to help you through the activation process.
2. I already have an OOCL Account, but I still can’t sign in to My OOCL Center (MOC). Why is this happening?
This issue occurs when your OOCL Account isn’t associated to My OOCL Center (MOC). Please follow the this guideline(How do I upgrade My OOCL Center(MOC) User ID to bound with an existing OOCL Account) to update your MOC profile.
3. Can I change my registered email address after activated OOCL Account?
Please contact support@oocl.com , and our team will help and verifier your request. Afterward, you can activation your OOCL Account with preferred email address.
4. I’ve forgotten the email address I used to register. How can I find it?
Click on "Having trouble signing in ?" and then select “Forgot your OOCL Account”. Enter your MOC User ID and password to retrieve your OOCL Account details. You can use the credentials for future sigin-in.
5. How do I reset my OOCL Account password?
Click “Having trouble signing in” and then select “Forgot your password?”. Enter the email address registered with your OOCL Account and click “Next”. A reset link will be emailed to you—just follow the instructions to set a new password.
