Important Update : USTR 301 Port Fee Suspension and OOCL’s Continued Commitment
As a result of the collaborative efforts between the United States and China, the USTR 301 port fee has been formally suspended for a period of one year, effective November 10, 2025.

USTR 301 Service Fee Implementation - OOCL's Continued Commitment
As previously announced by the United States Trade Representative (USTR), ​ the Service Fee targeting Chinese vessel operators and owners will take effect on October 14, 2025. As a Hong Kong-based company, OOCL falls within this scope.
