Nurturing Young IT Talents

OOCLL has always been recognized as the pioneer in IT development for the liner and logistics industry and has been investing enormous resources in training young IT talents to gear toward further development.

OOCLL was certificated as a HKIE Scheme ‘A’ company in 2009 and has started running a 2-years HKIE fresh graduates trainees program since then. There are now about 30 trainees enrolled under the program. This program provides the young talents with a nourishing ground for them to become a seasoned IT professional through a structured training program. Sharing with the CIO is one of the many channels where young talents can widen their horizon and share their view.
