Organizational Communication

OOCL conducts regular meetings at various levels (weekly team meeting, weekly management meeting with team leads, and monthly all hands meeting) to ensure effective communication and collaboration. Monthly all hands meeting is an important event on eveyone's calendar where important ideas are shared and management messages are communicated.
