OOCL Wifi Capabilities
In the 2011 Tung Group Annual Party, OOCL demonstrated their IT capabilities. The theme of the Annual Party was heavily reliant on IT and guest participation in particular. Many of the games and real-time voting were conducted via Wifi devices. In order for this to work smoothly, OOCL setup a strong and reliable Wifi network for the venue. A total of 305 unique wireless devices connected to Wifi during the party.
On a wider scale, OOCL's global Wifi enablement schedule aims to cover 53 offices (4,600 users) by April 2011.
