20 November 2013
Dear Valued Customers,
Vessel Schedule Change
M/V Lobivia is experiencing poor productivity at Manila South Harbour terminal and is still currently on discharging operations. We expect further delay at Manila South Harbour which subsequently causes delays in her next port of call Manila North Harbour (MICT). As of now, her ETC at Manila South Harbour is 1700H today based on current 15 mph.
Manila North Harbour (MICT) is also expected below par in terms of productivity during discharging due to 85% - 90% import utilization in the container yard. Overall, dwell time has been affected due to the imbalance of import discharged by vessels as against the pull out of importers. Bureau of Customs issues on E2M Server as well as “Off Window” has had its negative effects on the overall terminal efficiency.
