Dear Valued Customers,

This is to inform you of the terminal operations, container depot schedule, booking acceptance, shipping instruction cut off and OOCL terminal office schedule for the coming Christmas and New Year long holidays.

I. Both Manila North Harbour and Manila South Harbour will be closed on the following dates:
        - from December 24, 2015 (1900H) to December 25, 2015 (1900H)
        - from December 31, 2015 (1900H) to January 1, 2016 (1900H)

II. Container depot schedule will be as follows:

III. Booking acceptance cut off as follows:

Week 52 (Dec. 20 - 26, 2015)	Up to Dec. 23 (1730H) only
Week Week 1 (Dec. 27, 2015 - Jan. 2, 2016)	Up to Dec. 29 (1730H) only

IV. There will be no changes on the final shipping instruction cut off. For complete details, kindly refer to customer service guide through the following link:

Please note that final and complete shipping instruction is needed in order for your cargo not to be unmanifested and retained onboard. To avoid penalties such as, but not limited to late shipping instruction fee of USD100, we encourage you to submit final shipping instruction no later than the standard cut off.

V. Operations inbound and outbound counter service will be closed on the following dates:
- from December 24, 2015 (1900H) to December 25, 2015 (1900H)
- from December 31, 2015 (1900H) to January 1, 2016 (1900H)
