MICT EXPORT CONTAINERS PRE-ADVISE REQUIREMENT
We are writing to inform you that in line with export containers pre-advise implementation of MICT effective March 16, 2015, we require our export customers to email correctly filled up pre-advise form at least four hours in advance prior to container delivery at the terminal.
For any changes in the pre-advise request, please immediate coordinate with us prior to arrival of container at the port. To avoid any penalties that will be charge to shipper, we suggest checking of MICT online Track and Trace System
(link: https://micttrackandtrace.ictsi.com/PreAdviseContainerSearch.aspx ) that shows the status of pre-advise request submission whether successfully done or not. You may also refer to below attached file for more details.
In order to facilitate faster response time, please send the filled up pre-advise form as attachment in the email with standardized subject attention to the following email address:
