Please be informed that OOCL Depots are back to normal operation. Kindly follow empty return location indicated on your Delivery Order (D.O.).

Manila North Harbour accepts double transaction which prioritizes empty returns of 20’GP and container which D.O indicates MICT on-dock.
Customer requires to email pre-advise form at least four hours in advance prior to container delivery at the terminal .
Kindly submit filled-up pre-advise form as attachment to email [email protected] with subject PRE-ADVISE REQUEST. Attached guideline for checking if container has been pre-advised.
Please note that trucks with empty container arriving at the port without valid gate pass and pre-advise will be subject to penalties imposed by the port.
