Dear Valued Customers,

This is to inform you of our booking acceptance, shipping instruction cut off, depot, and terminal schedule for the coming Feast of Sacrifice Holiday.

I. Terminal operations will be on regular schedule.

II. There will be no changes in depot schedule.
        

Container Depot

• Trans-ocean (CY7): Open 24 hours

• Trans-ocean (Cabuyao): Open 24 hours

• IRS-CEZ2 (EPZA, Cavite): Open 0800H - 1700H

• IRS-Navotas: Open 0800H - 1700H


OOCL office will be closed on the holiday. Thus, booking acceptance will be up to 1730H of September 24, 2015 (Thursday) only. Booking requests beyond this hour will be acknowledged when office resumes on September 28, 2015 (Monday).

Also, there will be no changes on our final shipping instruction cut off. For complete details, kindly refer to our customer service guide through the following link:

Please note that final and complete shipping instruction is needed in order for your cargo not to be unmanifested and retained onboard. To avoid penalties such as, but not limited to late shipping instruction fee of USD100, we encourage you to submit final shipping instruction no later than the standard cut off.
