This is to inform you of the terminal operations, container depot schedule, shipping instruction cut off, and counter service schedule for the coming November 30, 2016 regular holiday.
Please refer to details below for your guidance.
I. Terminal operations (vessel, yard, and gates) will remain on regular schedule

Please note that complete shipping instruction is needed in order for your cargo not to be unmanifested and retained onboard. To avoid penalties, such as, but not limited to late shipping instruction fee of USD100, we encourage you to submit final shipping instruction no later than the standard cut off.
IV. Operations outbound receiving and export declaration submission counter will remain open 24 hours. However, operations counter for inbound releasing will be opened from 0830H to 1730H only.
V. Import and export customer service counters will be closed.
