Re:  April 15, 2019 – April 21, 2019 (Holy Week Schedule)

Dear Valued Customers,

This is to inform you of the terminal operations, container depot schedule, shipping instruction cut off, booking acceptance, documentation and counter service schedule for the coming Holy Week holidays.

Please refer to the details below for your guidance.

1. Port operations schedule
   
   Manila North Harbour:
   
   April 18 - Maundy Thursday
   
   Vessel, Yard and Gates Operations - 24 hours
   
   Billing Hours - 0800H to 1900H
   
   *Kiosk cut-off is at 1800H/Online payment is available 24 hours
   
    
   
   April 19 - Good Friday
   
   Vessel Operations -  closed starting 0700H/ Apr 19 and resume at 1900H/Apr 19
   
   Yard and Gates Operations - closed starting 0700H/19 and resume at 0700H/20
   
   *Gates will be closed by 0400H/19
   
   Billing Center - closed
   
   *Online payment is available 24 hours
   
    
   
   April 20 - Black Saturday
   
   Vessel Operations - 24 hours
   
   Yard and Gates Operations - resume at 0700H
   
   Billing Hours - 0800H to 1900H
   
   *Kiosk cut-off is at 1800H/Online payment is available 24 hours

          Manila South Harbour:

•  Will be suspending vessel and gates operations from 0700H 19 April 2019 (Good Friday) to 0700H 20 April 2019 (Black Saturday)

     II. Container depot schedule

April 18 - 19, 2019 – Maundy Thursday to Good Friday

April 20 - 21, 2019 – Black Saturday to Easter Sunday

     III. Booking acceptance and outbound documentation requests will be up to Holy Wednesday (April 17 /1730H) only. All requests received beyond this hour will be confirmed when office resumes on April 22 (Monday).

     IV. There will be no changes on the final shipping instruction cut off. For complete details, kindly refer to customer service guide through the following link:   http://www.oocl.com/philippines/eng/localinformation/customerserviceguide/exportprocedures/Pages/default.aspx

Please note that final and complete shipping instruction is needed for your cargo not to be unmanifested and retained on board. To avoid penalties such as, but not limited to late shipping instruction fee of USD100, we encourage you to submit final shipping instruction no later than the standard cut off.

    V. Customer service counters will be closed from Maundy Thursday to Good Friday (April 18 - 19, 2019).
