Re:  April 6, 2020 – April 12, 2020 (Holy Week Schedule)

Dear Valued Customers,

This is to inform you that the terminal operations, container depot schedule, shipping instruction cut off time, booking acceptance, documentation and counter service schedule for the coming Holy Week holidays.

Please refer to the details below for your guidance.

 I.           Port operations schedule

• Manila North Harbour

                          April 9 - Maundy Thursday/Day of Valor

                          Vessel – Limited Operations

                          Yard and Gates – Open

                          Billing Center – 0800H to 1800H (kiosk cut-off at 1700H)

                          April 10 - Good Friday

                         Vessel – Closed

                         Yard & Gates – Closed from April 10 (0300H)

                         Billing Center – Closed

                           April 11 - Black Saturday

                          Vessel, Yard and Gates – Resume at April 11 (0700H)

                          Billing Center – 0800H to 1800H (kiosk cut-off at 1700H)

                          April 12 - Easter Sunday

                          Vessel, Yard and Gates – Open 24 hours

                          Billing Center – Closed

 Kindly note that MICT online payment portal is available 24 hours during the Holy Week

• Manila South Harbour

II.            Container depot schedule
April 9 - 10, 2020 – Maundy Thursday to Good Friday

April 11 - 12, 2020 – Black Saturday to Easter Sunday

III.          Booking acceptance and outbound documentation requests will be up to Holy Wednesday (April 8/1730H) only. All requests received beyond this hour will be confirmed when office resumes on April 13 (Monday).

IV.         Counter customer service (both import and export) will continue to operate online (via work from home) on April 9 & 10 (from 8:30AM t0 5:30PM). Kindly refer to separate advisories sent earlier for the contacts and online processing details.

V.           There will be no changes on the final shipping instruction cut off.  For complete details, kindly refer to customer service guide through the following link: http://www.oocl.com/philippines/eng/localinformation/customerserviceguide/exportprocedures/Pages/default.aspx

Please note that final and complete shipping instruction is needed for your cargo not to be unmanifested and retained on board. To avoid penalties such as, but not limited to late shipping instruction fee of USD100, we encourage you to submit final shipping instruction no later than the standard cut off.
