Dear Valued Customers,

 

This is to inform you of the terminal schedule, container depot schedule, shipping instruction cut off, booking acceptance, customer service online cargo releasing schedule, and operations schedule for the coming subject holiday.

 

I.              Terminal schedule:
                     Manila International Container Terminal (MICT) and Manila South Harbour

  •         Manila North Harbou
      • Vessel, Yard and Gate Operations – on regular schedule
      • Billing – available through ACTS Online Payment System (https://acts.ictsi.com/)
  • Manila South Harbour
      • Vessel, Yard and Gate Operations – on regular schedule
      • Billing – available through E-payment facility

II.            Container depot schedule will be as follows:

III.           There will be no changes on the final shipping instruction cut off. For complete details, kindly refer to customer service guide through the following link:

Please note that final and complete shipping instruction is needed for your cargo not to be unmanifested and retained on board. To avoid penalties such as, but not limited to late shipping instruction fee of USD100, we encourage you to submit final shipping instruction no later than the standard cut off.

IV.          Booking acceptance for export shipments will be from 8:30AM to 5:30PM only.

V.            Customer service online inbound cargo releasing will be opened from 9:00AM to 12:00NN only.

VI.          Operations counter service schedule (import/export)

  • Export Receiving/Pre-advise – on regular schedule (24/7)
  • Import Releasing – will be opened from 9:00AM to 12:00NN only
