Re:  Holiday Notice – 2024 Holy Week Schedule - March 28-31, 2024

Dear Valued Customers,

This is to inform you of the terminal schedule, container depot schedule, shipping instruction cut off, booking acceptance, customer service online cargo releasing schedule, and operations schedule for the coming Holy Week holidays.

Please refer to the details below for your guidance.

I.             Port operations schedule

• Manila North Harbour
• March 28 – Maundy Thursday
• Vessel, Yard, and Gates Operations – 24 hours open
• March 29 – Good Friday
• Gate Closure – 0400H
• Port Closure – 0700H
• March 30 – Black Saturday
• Gates Opening – 0500H
• Resumption of Full Port Operations – 0700H
• March 31 – Easter Sunday
• Vessel, Yard, and Gates Operations – 24 hours open
  

*Note: ACTS online payment and e-ADR facility will remain available 24/7 during these dates.

• Manila South Harbour – will be suspending operations from 0700H, March 29, 2024 (Good Friday) until 0700H, March 30, 2024 (Black Saturday)
  

II.            Container depot schedule

March 28 - 29, 2024 – Maundy Thursday to Good Friday

March 30 - 31, 2024 – Black Saturday to Easter Sunday

III.          Booking acceptance and outbound documentation requests will be up to Holy Wednesday (March 27 / 1730H) only. All requests received beyond this hour will be confirmed when office resumes on April 01 (Monday).

IV.          Customer service online inbound cargo releasing schedule will as follows:

Please note that final and complete shipping instruction is needed for your cargo not to be unmanifested and retained on board. To avoid penalties such as, but not limited to late shipping instruction fee of USD100, we encourage you to submit final shipping instruction no later than the standard cut off.
