Re: Christmas and New Year Holidays Notice – December 24-25, 30-31, 2025 and January 1, 2026

Dear Valued Customers,

This is to inform you of the terminal schedule, container depot schedule, shipping instruction cut off, booking acceptance, customer service online cargo releasing, and operations schedule for the coming Christmas and New Year holidays.

      i.                Terminal schedule

1.    Manila North Harbour

• December 24 - Christmas Eve

• 1600H - gates entry cut-off
• 1900H - port closure and temporary suspension of pre-advise, TABS and ACTS system for maintenance
• December 25 - Christmas Day

• 1900H - Resumption of port operations (gates, yard, and vessel), pre-advise, TABS and ACTS.
•    December 30 - Rizal Day
• 24 hours regular gates, yard, and vessel operations
•   December 31 - New Year's Eve

• 1600H - gates entry cut-off

• 1900H - port closure and temporary suspension of pre-advise, TABS and ACTS system for maintenance
•   January 01 - New Year's Day

• 1900H - Resumption of port operations (gates, yard, and vessel), pre-advise, TABS and ACTS.
   
• For ACTS Online Payment, you may access it 24/7 during these dates at https://acts.ictsi.com .You may also fund your ACTS Online account through the UBP or BDO e-ADR (POB and BOB only for the above dates) by following the step-by-step procedure in below link:

2.    Manila South Harbour

• December 24 - Christmas Eve

• 1500H – suspension of gates transaction
• 1900H – suspension of operations
• December 25 - Christmas Day
  
• 1900H - resumption of operations, including gates
  
• December 31 - New Year's Eve

• 1500H - suspension of gates transaction
• 1900H – suspension of operations
•   January 01 - New Year's Day

• 1900H - resumption of operations, including gates.
  
  

     ii.                Container depot schedule will be as follows:

    iii.                There will be no changes on the final shipping instruction cut off.  For complete details, kindly refer to customer service guide through the following link: http://www.oocl.com/philippines/eng/localinformation/customerserviceguide/exportprocedures/Pages/default.aspx

Please note that final and complete shipping instruction is needed for your cargo not to be unmanifested and retained on board. To avoid penalties such as, but not limited to late shipping instruction fee of USD100, we encourage you to submit final shipping instruction no later than the standard cut off.
