Re:  Holiday Notice 2026 Holy Week Schedule - April 02-05, 2026

Dear Valued Customers,

This is to inform you of the terminal schedule, container depot schedule, shipping instruction cut off, booking acceptance, customer service online cargo releasing schedule, and operations schedule for the coming Holy Week holidays.

Please refer to the details below for your guidance.

I.             Port operations schedule

• Manila North Harbour
• April 02 – Maundy Thursday
• Vessel, Yard, and Gates Operations – 24 hours open
• April 03 – Good Friday
• Gate Closure – 0400H
• Port Closure – 0700H
• April 04 – Black Saturday
• Opening of Gates and Resumption of Full Port Operations – 0700H
• April 05 – Easter Sunday
• Vessel, Yard, and Gates Operations – 24 hours open
   

*Note: ACTS online payment and e-ADR facility will remain available 24/7 during these dates.

• Manila South Harbour – will be suspending operations from 0700H, April 03, 2026 (Good Friday) until 0700H, April 04, 2026 (Black Saturday)
  
  

II.            Container depot schedule

April 02 - 03, 2026 – Maundy Thursday to Good Friday

April 04 - 05, 2026 – Black Saturday to Easter Sunday

III.          Booking acceptance and outbound documentation requests will be up to Holy Wednesday (April 01 / 1730H) only. All requests received beyond this hour will be confirmed when office resumes on April 06 (Monday).

 
IV.          Customer service online inbound cargo releasing schedule will as follows:

V.           There will be no changes on the final shipping instruction cut off.  For complete details, kindly refer to customer service guide through the following link: http://www.oocl.com/philippines/eng/localinformation/customerserviceguide/exportprocedures/Pages/default.aspx

Please note that final and complete shipping instruction is needed for your cargo not to be unmanifested and retained on board. To avoid penalties such as but not limited to late shipping instruction fee of USD100, we encourage you to submit final shipping instruction no later than the standard cut off.
