How to register and process exchange DO via Blockchain - CR App
Dear Customers,
This notice serves to formally inform you that OOCL will mandatorily implement the use of the Blockchain Cargo Release (CR) Application for the release of all Delivery Orders (D/O) for shipments cleared at Hutchison Terminals (LCB – C1, C2, A2, A3, D1, D2), with effect from 8 June 2022 onwards.
Registration and Compliance Requirements
For compliance purposes, the consignee company and the shipping agent company are required to be registered separately in the CR Application system, in accordance with the following requirements:
- Consignee: Registration must be completed under the consignee company name using the consignee's official email address
- Shipping Agent: Registration must be completed under the shipping agent company name using the shipping agent's official email address
Conditions for D/O Release via Blockchain
1. Bill of Lading status must be Original B/L, Sea Waybill, or Surrendered B/L
2. Shipment must be cleared at Hutchison Terminals (LCB – C1, C2, A2, A3, D1, D2)
3. Applicable to FCL and LCL shipments only
4. Dangerous Goods (DG) cargo is currently not supported
5. In-transit shipments are currently not supported
Customers are required to complete the registration and ensure successful activation of their CR Application accounts prior to the effective date. OOCL shall not be responsible for any delays arising from incomplete or unsuccessful registration.
