issued on/before actual ship arrival date have not been settled: 1.) for
non-credit customer, within 10 days of vessel arrival date (i.e. actual vessel
arrival date + 9 calendar days); or 2.) for credit customer, within agreed
credit period. If there is invoice adjustment, this charge will be applicable when the
adjusted outstanding charges have not been settled: 1.) within 10 days after
revised invoice is issued (i.e. revised invoice due date + 9 calendar days); or
2. ) for credit customer, within agreed credit period.
