Who We're Looking For
- Master's degree & Bachelor's degree holder from world-class universities, Shanghai Maritime University & Dalian Maritime University.
- Excellent academic performance and strong English proficiency.
- Fresh and recent graduates with no more than 2 years of full-time working experience.
- Outstanding business acumen and exceptional leadership potential, capable of developing into a well-rounded future leader.
- Highly adaptable to multicultural and dynamic environments, with a strong commitment to international mobility and a readiness to undertake assignments across mainland China and other overseas locations within the Group.
- Strong learning agility, adaptability, and resilience under pressure, capable to cope with demanding requirements, uncertainties and changes.
- Able to swiftly grasp, connect, and organize new or incomplete information, concepts, and knowledge for application across diverse situations.
- Shows awareness of when context needs to be adjusted, and the ability to identify gaps or ambiguities that require further clarification to deepen understanding.
- Excellent teamwork, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to contribute to OOCL's sustainable development and corporate social responsibility initiatives.
