If shipment is to be loaded at Hong Kong, please be reminded of the followings:
Log in My OOCL Center (MOC, HK EIR print service registration is required) to print Equipment Interchange Receipt (EIR) before empty container pick up. There will be 2 EIRs print out:
1. EIR-OUT for empty container pick up

For empty pick up location at River Trade Terminal (RTT) or Victory Kind Depot, trucker must present the EIR-OUT to pick up the empty container.

For empty pick up location at Kwai Tsing Terminals [ Modern Terminals (MTL) / Hong Kong International Terminals Limited (HIT) / Cosco HIT / DP World ], you or your trucker should also log in OnePort Electronic Booking Confirmation (eBCN) app to retrieve shipment data by inputting OOCL Booking no. & EIR no. (e.g. 1234567890-654321 with the hyphen also need to input) as shown on OOCL EIR-OUT, eBCN will generate a QR code for empty container pick up. Trucker must present the eBCN QR code to terminals' gatehouse for empty container pick up.

Dangerous Good (DG) Label are available at Victory Kind Depot and OOCL HK Counter Office by presenting OOCL Booking Acknowledgement (BA).
2. EIR-IN for laden container return
For laden return location at River Trade Terminal
(RTT) or Tsing Yi China Merchants Container Services Limited, your trucker must present EIR-IN to return the laden container.
For laden return location at Kwai Tsing Terminals
[Modern Terminals (MTL) / Hong Kong International Terminals Limited
(HIT) / Cosco HIT / DP World], you or your trucker should also log in
OnePort Electronic Booking Confirmation (eBCN) app to retrieve shipment
data by inputting OOCL Booking no. + check digit (Total 11 digits, hyphen no need to input) as shown on OOCL Booking Acknowledgement (BA). eBCN will
generate a QR code for laden container return. Your trucker must present
the eBCN QR code to terminals' gatehouse for laden container return.
If you or your trucker finds the vessel name, voyage or port of discharge in eBCN is (are) different from the information shown on OOCL EIR-IN, please contact OOCL Customer Service representative immediately for verification before laden container is returned to terminal.
For Dangerous Good (DG), apart from EIR-IN or eBCN QR code, trucker must also present the DG packing list or DG certificate to terminal gatehouse irrespective of laden container return location.
For Awkward Cargo (AW), apart from EIR-IN or eBCN QR code, trucker must also present the OOCL Booking Acknowledgement (BA) to terminal gatehouse irrespective of laden container return location.
If the shipment is loaded from Shenzhen including Shekou, Yantian, Chiwan or Da Chan Bay, please be reminded of the followings:
- Log in My OOCL Center (MOC, EIR print service registration is required) to print the Equipment Interchange Receipt (EIR) by inputting the Container Pickup Check Code (e.g. 6794) as shown in Booking Acknowledgement (BA).
- After complete the operation in MOC, please log in SZEDI center ( http://eir.cmclink.com ) to print the EIR for empty container pick up and laden return.
- Present the EIR to assigned depot/terminal for empty container pick up within 48 hours after EIR is being printed and return the laden container to terminal before cargo closing time.
