This is to inform you of our shipping instruction cut off, depot and terminal schedule for the coming Holy Week.

I. Terminal operations will be suspended as follows: 
        • March 29, 2013 (0700hrs) to March 30, 2013 (0700hrs)

II. Container depot schedule as follows: 
    i.) Trans Ocean (TOCSI) 
        • Will be closed from 1700hrs on March 28, 2013 up to 0800hrs on March 30, 2013 

    ii.) ATI 
        • Will be closed from 0700hrs on March 29, 2013 up to 0700hrs on March 30, 2013

III. Chassis depot schedule as follows: 
    i.) QP/Transcom chassis depot 
        • Will be closed from 1700hrs on March 28, 2013 up to 0800hrs on March 30, 2013

IV. There will be changes on final shipping instruction cut off for our MFS midweek sailing only. Herewith is our revised cut off:

Please note that final and complete shipping instruction is needed in order for your cargo not to be unmanifested and retained on board. To avoid penalties such as, but not limited to late shipping instruction fee of $100, we strongly encourage you to submit your FINAL S.I. no later than the above mentioned cut off.
