Re: APEC Holidays (November 17-20, 2015)


Dear Valued Customers,

In order to facilitate your cargo advance planning for the coming APEC Holidays, we would like to inform you of our booking acceptance, shipping instruction cut off, office, container depot and terminal schedule.

Please refer to the following details for your reference.

I. Terminal operations will be on regular schedule.

II. Container depot operating hours as follows:      

 III. Cargo intended for loading on week 47 and 48 PHF (via Kaohsiung) / PHF2 (via Hong Kong) departing feeder vessels can be delivered a week earlier from estimated time of departure (ETD) provided proper pre-advise is in placed and subject to applicable demurrage charges (if any).

However, for week 47 and 48 feeder vessels via Singapore, if you intend to deliver your cargo earlier, please check with us if vessels are already registered in ICTSI's NAVIS system prior to container delivery in order to avoid any penalty charges. Also, proper pre-advise should be done and earlier container delivery is subject to applicable demurrage charges (if any).

IV. OOCL office will remain open from 0830H to 1730H throughout APEC holidays. However, on November 18-19, 2015, outbound and inbound counter customer service will be opened from 0830H to 1600H only. While, booking acceptance is still from 0830H to 1730H on November 17-20, 2015.

V. OOCL terminal office here in 2-Ecom, MOA Complex will remain open throughout the holidays. Outbound receiving/export declaration submission counter will be opened for 24 hours. While, operations inbound releasing counter (for both MICT and South Harbour) will be opened from 0830H to 1730H only. VI. There will be no changes on our final shipping instruction cut off. For cmplete details, kindly refer to customer service guide through the following link:

Please note that final and complete shipping instruction is needed in order for your cargo not to be unmanifested and retained onboard. To avoid penalties such as, but not limited to late shipping instruction fee of $100, we encourage you to submit final shipping instruction no later than the standard cut off.
