Dear Valued Customers,

This is to inform you of the terminal operations, container depot schedule, booking acceptance, shipping instruction cut off and operations counter service schedule for the coming EDSA People Power Revolution holiday.

Please refer to the following details for your perusal.

I. Terminal operations will be on regular schedule.

II. Container depot will have regular operating hours.

III.  There will be no changes on the final shipping instruction cut off. For complete details, kindly refer to customer service guide through the following link: http://www.oocl.com/philippines/eng/localinformation/customerserviceguide/exportprocedures/Pages/default.aspx

Please note that final and complete shipping instruction is needed in order for your cargo not to be unmanifested and retained on board. To avoid penalties such as, but not limited to late shipping instruction fee of $100, we encourage you to submit final shipping instruction no later than the standard cut off.

IV. Booking acceptance will be up to February 24 (1730H) only. All booking requests received beyond this hour will be confirmed when office resumes on February 26 (Friday).

V. There will be no changes in operations counter service schedule. Outbound receiving and export declaration submission counter will be opened 24 hours. Operations inbound releasing counter for both MICT and ATI discharge will be opened from 0830H to 1730H.
