A: Please send to email [email protected] to get return/pick-up information. Drop off dates, container nos#, other remarks need to be included into request.
Q: Can I drop off a container at a different facility in the same city\region\or different country?
A: It is mandated that the container is dropped off at the location designated. OOCL can consider special instructions per separate request.
Q: Empty return instruction is no longer valid, OOCL office closed for Public Holidays , what should I do ?

Q: Cargo Consignee decided to change delivery address to remote inland location. Can we get a list of confirmed drop off locations in remote depots ?
A: OOCL is keep developing its hinterland coverage and we can offer spot drop off instructions depending on export demand. No standard drop off list available.
Q: I am returning a damaged container, whom should I contact to in regards of liability?
A: Please contact [email protected] regarding any Claims for empty container. You need to enclosed detailed information of damage and photos.
Q: Container has been totally lost in traffic accident. What should I do in regards of container carcass and how to set clock end for detention charges ?
A: Immediately inform OOCL via e-mail [email protected]. It is necessary to collect all official documents of accident and photos of damaged container.
