Rate of Exchange (ROE)

In our continuous efforts towards enhancing customer convenience and improving ease of doing business with us, OOCL* will standardize the Rate of Exchange (ROE) application for invoicing of our freight charges; with effect from 1st February 2013.

The ROE application will be based on 10 calendar days prior to vessel's scheduled departure or arrival. ROE table between US Dollar and other currencies will be published at the end of the day(HKT) for next calendar day worldwide usage. If the published date is a public holiday, ROE of a working date before published date will be used.
